DEMETECH

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, a collaboration with Florida-based medical device manufacturer DemeTECH led to an additional 500 jobs in the Miami area to support the mass production of N95 respirator masks. DemeTECH is the state’s only National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health-certified producer of the respirator masks, which are needed to protect US healthcare workers in the fight against COVID-19.
